Welcome to Strategy Card Board Game! By installing, accessing, or using the Strategy Card Board Game mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. License & Use of Service

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

2. User Accounts & Responsibility

  • Accuracy: You must provide accurate and complete information when registering an account.

  • Confidentiality: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

  • Account Activity: You are responsible for all activities occurring under your account.

3. Acceptable Code of Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited behaviors:

  • Using offensive, abusive, or inappropriate display names in lobbies or leaderboards.

  • Attempting to hack, exploit, reverse engineer, or disrupt the App's servers, Firebase services, or local game logic.

  • Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of manipulating matchmaking or leaderboard standings.

  • Harassing or cheating other players.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All custom assets, game logic, UI designs, code, graphics, and branding within this App are the intellectual property of the developers and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the online multiplayer services at our sole discretion, without notice, for behavior that violates these Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. In no event shall the developers or providers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with local laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
